What I’m learning while building with Laravel.

Notes from exploring Laravel, database-backed features, and the small decisions that make an app easier to use.

I learn best when I can connect a new idea to something real. Lately, that has meant building small management tools with Laravel and paying attention to the full path from a form to the database and back again.

The biggest lesson so far is that a useful workflow is made up of many small choices: clear validation, sensible defaults, and feedback that tells people what happened. I’m keeping each experiment small enough to understand, then carrying the useful patterns forward.
