Small projects, real problems.
Why I like starting with a small, specific problem instead of a big abstract idea.
A small project gives me room to finish something, learn from it, and notice where the rough edges are. It is easier to make thoughtful decisions when I can picture the person and moment the tool is for.
I’m trying to build around real needs, even when the first version is modest. A useful little tool is a better teacher than a giant plan that never leaves my notes.
