✦ BEHIND THE PROJECT

the questions behind the build

A closer look at the purpose, people, and decisions that shape this project.

What problem should this project solve?
Class information, attendance, and fee records can be difficult to follow when they are kept separately. The goal is to give a Quran learning academy one clear place to understand its daily operations.
Who should the project be designed for?
Academy administrators and teachers who need to manage classes, find student information, record attendance, and review fee collection. Bahasa Malaysia keeps the interface familiar for the intended users.
What belongs in the first version?
A dashboard overview, student and class lists, attendance records, and a fee summary. The main journey should be simple: find a class, check its students, and update the relevant record.
What information should the project organise?
Student profiles, class details, enrolments, attendance by class date, and fee records. Each record should connect to the relevant student and class so information stays consistent.
Why use a dashboard layout?
An overview helps users spot class activity and outstanding tasks quickly. Clear navigation, readable tables, and consistent status labels help make frequent administrative work easier to scan.
What should be improved or checked next?
Review the class and attendance flows with teachers, check the mobile layout, and test empty lists and invalid entries. Before using real student data, plan role-based access, data validation, and backups.
